Paulo Silva from Guarulhos (Brazil) rented a car (mini van) in Funchal from Guerin and used the service of broker CarTrawler. CarTrawler gets a 4 (Very Good) and Guerin a 3 (Good). Paulo Silva would use the service from CarTrawler again but wouldn't rent a car from Guerin again. Booking the car The website of CarTrawler gives enough information and this information is correct: The voucher and the confirmation mail received from CarTrawler after booking the car did provide sufficient and correct information: Picking up the car How easy was it to find the rental office/service desk from Guerin: How clear were the directions on the voucher from CarTrawler: Guerin offered extra insurances that were excessive. The info the CarTrawler provided on the voucher about not needing extra insurances was clear: Comment: Unfortunatly I was very upset when he told me that the insurance I bought only cover 'third party' and I have to pay about more 174,00 euros for the car insurance otherwise I will pay 2.000 euros (fixed value) if anything happens. When we told them that we have rent the car with CDW they told us that it not included the car itself. The staff at the pick-up office of Guerin was friendly and helpfull: Dropping off the car The staff at the drop off office from Guerin was friendly and helpfull: General judgement Value for money: Comment: We expect to pay one price and we did pay another a bigger one. The service Guerin delivered: We wouldn't rent a car from Guerin again. Comment: The person who attended us on the airport had no patience to explain our questions. The service CarTrawler delivered: We would use the service of CarTrawler again. Comment: Yes, I would use the service of CarTrawler again if you explain why do I need to pay more insurance us I arrived if you told me before that I already have it. [note from the editor: Unfortunately the staff at some rental companies scare customers to sell you insurances your really don't need, because you allready have an insurance that covers everything. Often they get a commission for every extra they manage to sell to you and their commission is more important to them that their customers]	Value for money
