Comment about other issues when picking up the car: I had difficulty finding the Goldcar courtesy van and tried to phone them, but they never answered the phone. When confronted with that they were very rude and practically told me to go somewhere else; this is clearly not my idea of acceptable customer service. Moreover, they gave me a number of documents to fill up, all of them in Spanish, without even bothering to ask if I had a language preference.

The car had technical problems. Guerin did not solve this problem immediately. This solution is rated:
Comment: i just realize that the air conditioning wasn't functional at the highway, and i was very late for being waiting over one and a half hour to get my vehicle. so i couldn't solve the problem at the pick up. on the return, my flight back home was very early in the morning, and i just drop the keys at the return box. after that i send an email complaining about that stuff, by i didn't had any answer.
