Picking up the car How easy was it to find the rental office/service desk from Budget: Budget offered extra insurances. The staff at the pick-up office of Budget was friendly and helpfull: Dropping off the car There were some issues when dropping of the car at Budget: wrong directions.. Comment: We did not get the necessary information regarding where to drop off the car; it was mentioned only Brussels airport or, the place where the car had to be dropped off was a parking of a hotel, near the airport . No mention of this location was made either in the voucher or by the person from the pick up office so we drove to the airport, looked for the place and office to drop the car, finally, fortunately we found somebody who new the location and gave us indications about how to reach the respective place and how to get back to the airport. Luckily we took enough time reserve so we did not miss our plane. The staff at the drop off office from Budget was friendly and helpfull: General judgement Value for money: The service Budget delivered: We would rent a car from Budget again.	Value for money
