The way Budget solved this is rated: Comment: There was a box to put the keys but not space to put the car documents. At the end I need to give the keys to the Avis rent a car office (next to Budget), since apparently they keep the keys for Budget when the office is closed, but this was not clearly noticed. Comment: We did not get the necessary information regarding where to drop off the car; it was mentioned only Brussels airport or, the place where the car had to be dropped off was a parking of a hotel, near the airport . No mention of this location was made either in the voucher or by the person from the pick up office so we drove to the airport, looked for the place and office to drop the car, finally, fortunately we found somebody who new the location and gave us indications about how to reach the respective place and how to get back to the airport. Luckily we took enough time reserve so we did not miss our plane.
