Kim Andersen from cairns (Australia) rented a car (intermediate) in Anchorage from Alamo and used the service from broker HolidayCars. HolidayCars gets a 1 (Poor) and Alamo a 3 (Good). Kim Andersen wouldn't use the service from HolidayCars again but would rent a car from Alamo again. Booking the car The website of HolidayCars gives enough information and this information is correct: Comment: The car visually displayed and the car we received were not the same, ie it was a lot smaller then the image on their website. The voucher and the confirmation mail received from HolidayCars after booking the car did not provide sufficient and correct information: There was a problem with this information: the car. Comment: As above Picking up the car How easy was it to find the rental office/service desk from Alamo: How clear were the directions on the voucher from HolidayCars: We did not get type of car that we booked (or similar) from Alamo but: It was some distance from office to car and we had a lot of luggage. Alamo offered extra insurances. The info the HolidayCars provided on the voucher about not needing extra insurances was clear: The staff at the pick-up office of Alamo was friendly and helpfull: Dropping off the car The staff at the drop off office from Alamo was friendly and helpfull: General judgement Value for money: Comment: As above The service Alamo delivered: We would rent a car from Alamo again.
