The car was not clean. Hertz did not solve this problem immediately.
Comment: Only noticed after we had left the airport. It was not that dirty but there were sweet wrappers on the floor and remains of take away food in the cup holder

Comment about other issues when picking up the car: We were told that the car was full of fuel, but on leaving the airport we noticed the tank was only half full. We called Hertz to inform them and they noted this in their computer system but they incorrectly noted a higher amount. We took a photo of the instruments and showed this to the Hertz desk in George.

We did not get type of car that we booked (or similar) from Hertz but: downgrade.
Comment: instead of volswagen we had received small chevrolet. For the first look maybe the same type of the car, but volkswagen is german quality mark and the small chevrolet ...definitly downgrade,...

Hertz claimed the car was damaged. That claim was right . The way Hertz solved this is rated:
Comment: after the insurance issue, filling the papers,..etc.., I havent been later contacted anyhow by hertz by their own. discount - charge because of the damage = scratch on bumper was very high and was not comunicated with me before the charge. The money payment ( charge by hertz) was in the last days of the period of notice for Holiday car. (two months after the rent !). The confiirmation letter and factura came after my tasks by email, and came to me even after this period of notice and passing to Holliday car.
HolidayCars was contacted immediately and their mediation is rated:
Comment: no working contact,.. (email) no working forms,..(if it was working, i didnt received the answer,..) no comunication
