The car was not clean. Europcar did not solve this problem immediately. This solution is rated:
Comment: The Car was filthy dirty...it had chocolate stains all over the front passanger seat. The back seats were also filthy! The car was NOT in the best condition either. It was beat up and clearly in an accident. The front right was damaged, there were big visible scrapes and bumps all along the side of the car. I couldnt actually belive this was the car they gave us. Of course I didnt take it all in immediately becasue I had some problems with my flight and got in 5 hours later. By this time it was dark, so I didnt take the full extent of the bad condition of the car until I got into the hotel and my passanger told me his clothes were covered in chocolate. The next morning I had a proper look at the car and felt angry that they dared give us a car in that condition!
Ordered extra's (child seats, roof racks, navigation, ...) were not present when the car was picked up and Europcar did not solve this immediately. This solution is rated:
Comment: YES! The car was in terrible condition! I didnt even drive the car. I dont drive a car like that at home, so why should I drive a beat-up filthy car. I was on holiday and didnt think I need to spoil my vacation over the car...but I was upset. The car was in a bad condition!
