Comment: When making the reservation for the car, I needed to pay 27.89 and the remaining 139.47 would be paid after returning the rental car. However, at Europcar they assumed that I only paid 26,37 durng the reservation and I had to paid 141.55 instead of 139.47 when returning the rental car. So in the end, the rental costs were higher than the amount I agreed upon the reservation by CarTrawler.

Comment: I had to pick up the car at Maastricht, which is at the moment the biggest nightmare to drive through. I had to approach your garage from maybe four or five different directions before I finally arrived. Not your fault, but definitely a BIG BIG PROBLEM. Same thing when I had to return the car. Absolutely disastrous, nightmare. Original route should have been about 10 min, but with all the closed roads it took me almost one hour! Really, really bad.
