Comment: I didn't appreciate them blocking some $140 in my account for 32 fu...ng days considering I've rented a car for two days worth $160... Not speaking of the fact I paid the whole amount upfront. If this is a standard policy to prevent any additional damages charge, please reconsider this approach (after two days of using the car and returning it you should be able to tell much sooner if any charges will actually be needed)....

Comment: I specifically sected an option where I could collect and drop off the car at Tel Aviv airport. The vehicle provided was with Europcar who does not have a pick up point at the airport. My voucher and the quote specifically indicated Tel Aviv airport as the pick up and drop off point.

Comment: The car did not have a rear windscreen wiper. This was not picked up during the delivery inspection, fortunastely I noticed it before driving off and reported it. Fortunately we did not need the wiper during the rental period.

Comment about other issues when picking up the car: The staff were very unfriendly especially on the drop off when there was an altercation between the staff at the font desk. It made me feel uncomforable and I left the building, no appology was made.

There were issues concerning the fuel policy of Europcar. The way Europcar solved this is rated:
Comment: The directions to Eurocar was poor - hand written by the dispatch lady and was unclear. We ended up at another car rental company who gave us the correct directions. When we arrived we were asked whether the tank was full, we did not know where a servicestation was and thought there would be a facility at Europcar. I was abruptly told it was a condition to return it full and when I asked where the neares petrol station was I was given directions. I would suggest that the rental company takes the time to type out detailed directions to the service station and rental company for people retuning the car, including GPS co-ordinatres. This will be especially useful to clients who do not rent a GPS.
