There were some issues when dropping of the car at Budget: extra airport fee. The way Budget solved this is rated:

Comment about other issues when picking up the car: My voucher did not match the information they had at the pickup office. Even though my voucher clearly stated my pickup date, they insisted I was one month late! I had to pay for a new car rental, but had a partly refund a month later. Another issue was that the car had several scratches and bumps, that was not marked up in the papers. It was a long way to go back to the office to register them. It all added up to a quite time consuming affair.
