Lara Balboni from bologna (Italy) rented a car (premium) in Billund from Budget and used the service of broker CarTrawler. CarTrawler gets a 1 (Poor) and Budget a 1 (Poor). Lara Balboni wouldn't use the service from CarTrawler again and wouldn't rent a car from Budget again. Booking the car The website of CarTrawler gives enough information and this information is correct: The voucher and the confirmation mail received from CarTrawler after booking the car did provide sufficient and correct information: Picking up the car How easy was it to find the rental office/service desk from Budget: How clear were the directions on the voucher from CarTrawler: We did not get type of car that we booked (or similar) from Budget but: downgrade. Comment: It was a business trip and I needed a prestigious car. That's why I accepted the rate of 440 euros. I got another car (passat instead of class e mercedes) I was totally disappointed but had no choice. I will never use Budget nor Cartrawler again. Really bad experience! Ordered extra's (child seats, roof racks, navigation, ...) were not present when the car was picked up and Budget did not solve this immediately. This solution is rated: The staff at the pick-up office of Budget was friendly and helpfull: Dropping off the car The staff at the drop off office from Budget was friendly and helpfull: General judgement Value for money: Comment: The rate I paid for a medium car like a Passat was too expensive. It was ok for Mercedes class E. NEVER AGAIN! The service Budget delivered: We wouldn't rent a car from Budget again. The service CarTrawler delivered: We wouldn't use the service of CarTrawler again. (According to the information provided by the customer, CarTrawler has not been contacted after the reservation was made and was not given a chance to solve problems when they occurred.)
