I contact your people for returning the one day rental, including insurance, but your people refused me. He said you can not return the money to me. it is very very unfair to me. Why I couldn't get the money back? Even the insurance was gone!! It is weird, isn't it? Hope you can handle the issue for me and return the money to me asap.
