Picking up the car How easy was it to find the rental office/service desk from Top Rent a Car: The office/desk was not open at the time of arrival. The way Top Rent a Car solved this is rated: We did not get type of car that we booked (or similar) from Top Rent a Car but: free upgrade. The car had technical problems. Top Rent a Car did not solve this problem immediately. This solution is rated: Top Rent a Car offered extra insurances. The staff at the pick-up office of Top Rent a Car was friendly and helpfull: Comment about other issues when picking up the car: There wasn't any car rental office at the airport and they overcharged for comming to the airport!!! Problems while on the road This problem occured: mechanical problems.
